Cucumber raita

This makes a good cooling accompaniment to any spicy dish.



1 cup cucumber, de-seeded and chopped finely
1/4 tsp chilli powder (optional)
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp toasted cumin powder
250g low-fat Greek yogurt
Salt to taste

Mix all the above together and leave to sit for sometime in the fridge (30 minutes to an hour) before serving.
